Bali Art Guide (BaliArtGuide.com referred to as “site”) is a subsidiary of PT Studio Austana Bali, also referred to as “Studio Austana”. 

By submitting a listing to Bali Art Guide in any or all categories and sections contained within the site and/or supporting the operations of such, you (the “client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Display of materials

Bali Art Guide is allowed to display images and information regarding any client, client activity and location without restriction or liability. While display of information is intended to, but not restricted to, online activities. This may include the printing or materials for promotion, advertising without need for prior notice or consent.

The display of client materials and information is solely at the discretion of Bali Art Guide and may be included and/or removed without prior notice or consent. Materials may be removed if they do not conform to our standards of…

Ownership & Copyright

Bali Art Guide claims no copyright over supplied materials used or unused in the site. All copyright is retained by its legal author and/or owner. 

Bali Art Guide reserves the right of use and display of supplied materials in accordance with the Display section. 

While Bali Art Guide does not claim copyright of any supplied material, we do claim copyright over materials created/designed by Bali Art Guide which contains depictions of supplied materials, in part or in their entirety.

Payment & Cancellation

All payments should be made to PT Studio Austana Bali and are final once made. No refunds will be given. 

Cancellation of Display or inclusion within Bali Art Guide assets, including but not limited to the site, map, social media etc, is at the sole discretion of Bali Art Guide without prior notification, consent or need for reason.

The Bali Art Guide Map (referred to as “map”) is a part of the www.baliartguide.com network including corresponding social media,  a subsidiary of PT Studio Austana Bali, also referred to as “Studio Austana”. 

Display of materials

Bali Art Guide displays images and information regarding any client, client activity and location on behalf of our clients, members and the greater art community of Bali. Bali Art Guide claims no ownership of any supplied materials (as supplied) and/or any ideas, messages or visuals contained within them.

The display of client materials and information is solely at the discretion of Bali Art Guide and may be included and/or removed without prior notice or consent. Materials may be removed if they do not conform to standards of international law, Indonesian law or our standards of decency.

Bali Art Guide menampilkan gambar dan informasi mengenai klien, aktivitas klien, dan lokasi atas nama klien kami, anggota, dan komunitas seni Bali yang lebih luas. Bali Art Guide tidak mengklaim kepemilikan atas materi apa pun yang disediakan (sebagaimana disediakan) dan/atau ide, pesan, atau visual apa pun yang terkandung di dalamnya.

Tampilan materi dan informasi klien sepenuhnya merupakan kebijakan dari Bali Art Guide dan dapat disertakan dan/atau dihapus tanpa pemberitahuan atau persetujuan sebelumnya. Materi dapat dihapus jika tidak sesuai dengan standar hukum internasional, hukum Indonesia, atau standar etika kami.

Kepemilikan & Hak Cipta

Bali Art Guide tidak mengklaim hak cipta atas materi yang disediakan, digunakan atau tidak digunakan di dalam situs kami. Semua hak cipta dipegang oleh penulis dan/atau pemiliknya yang sah.

Bali Art Guide berhak menggunakan dan menampilkan materi yang disediakan sesuai dengan bagian Tampilan.
