Does art have a role in helping to define who we are? 

As a painter focused on Indonesian history, culture, and identity, my work seeks to address this question directly. By exploring historical and contemporary issues, I aim to uncover the complexities of Indonesian identity in a globalized world. My works reflect the dialogue between past and present, highlighting our shared heritage and pushing the boundaries of cultural understanding. In this context, I believe, an artwork should speak loud to foster both personal and collective reflection on our evolving identities.
