My work is a deep study of feminine strength, courage, and beauty, driven by a powerful personal journey. With a background in fashion design, I seamlessly blend fashion illustration with fine art to create portraits that are stylish, alluring, and powerfully composed.

Following an unfortunate incident that required me to shave off my long hair, I had to unlearn and relearn notions of confidence and beauty. This led me to create an entirely new art style and series. My art skills, and the depth of meaning in my work, reached a higher level.
In my current series, Golden Nature, I celebrate unconventional and underrepresented beauty by depicting my subjects as bald and dark skinned. My figures are adorned with intricate ornamentation and headwear, inspired by Indonesian tradition. These details transform the aesthetic into something fierce, cool, and highly complex.
I honor my ancestral and national heritage while embracing the present with enthusiasm. I’m on a journey of discovery of the history, diversity, symbolism and magic of Indonesian craft. This series reconnects me with my roots, in an almost spiritual way. I am influenced by traditional jewellery from Bali, Java, Sumatra and Timor.
My art is for those who appreciate the mysterious and nuanced beauty of the feminine spirit. I invite you to look closer at the resilience captured within these powerful figures.
